Fresca Palapa, in all its locations, offers 20-liter (640 oz) barrels of the following flavors:
Water-based Aguas Frescas: Strawberry Lemon, Lemon, Cucumber, Hibiscus, Tamarind, Pineapple, Mango, Cucumber.
Milk-based Aguas Frescas: Cantaloupe, Strawberry, Coconut, Horchata.
The cost of each barrel is $59.99 plus tax.
Each barrel comes prepared with ice and diced fruit according to its flavor.
If the client picks up the barrels from the location, a rental fee of $20 will be charged per barrel (cover + ladle included). This deposit will be refunded once the barrel, cover, and ladle are returned to the same location within one week.
To request catering at any Fresca Palapa location, the client must place the order at least one week in advance, paying 50% of the total cost upfront and the remaining balance upon delivery.
To ensure a complete and high-quality service, we kindly ask you to place your catering order at least one week in advance. This gives us the necessary time to prepare all the details and make sure your event is a success.
Fresca Palapa also offers trays of fresh diced fruit: Cantaloupe, Strawberries, Pineapple, Mango, Jicama, Cucumber, Watermelon, Orange, Grapes, Kiwi.
Clients can select the fruits of their preference.
Each tray measures 6 inches and serves approximately 20 to 30 people.
Catering will be offered in all Fresca Palapa locations, both corporate and franchise, under the same prices and conditions.
